We're currently seeking a motivated and professional BDC Agent to join our team and help drive our business forward by connecting with potential customers and setting appointments for our sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and text messages
- Make outbound calls to follow up with prospects, schedule appointments, and drive traffic to the
showroom
- Maintain customer database with accurate and up- to-date information
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth
handoffs
- Follow up with no-shows and unsold leads
- Deliver outstanding customer service
Requirements:
Previous BDC, call center, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong phone and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using CRM software and dealership tools (training available)
