Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Assist policyholders with policy changes, billing questions, and general account maintenance.
Process endorsements, renewals, and new business applications accurately.
Provide information about insurance policies and coverage options clearly and concisely.
Document all customer interactions and transactions in the agency's CRM system.
Collaborate with agents to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
Help maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
Property and Casualty License Preferred Wllling to Train (Licensing Assistance Available)
Proven customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
