We are seeking an experienced and driven Used Vehicle Sales Manager to lead our pre-owned sales operations and vehicle acquisition strategy. Position Overview

The Used Vehicle Sales Manager will oversee all aspects of our pre-owned business, including inventory acquisition, appraisals, pricing strategy, merchandising, sales performance, and team development. This leader will play a key role in driving growth, maximizing profitability, and ensuring every guest receives a premium experience.

Key Qualifications

·    Self-motivated, competitive, and success-driven mindset 
·    Minimum of 3 years’ automotive industry experience 
·    At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Manager or Finance Manager 
·    Proven ability to create and execute a strong vehicle acquisition strategy 
·    Strong understanding of dealership appraisal tools, inventory management, and market pricing 
·    Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and business needs 
·    Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and organizational skills 

Responsibilities

·     Lead and grow pre-owned vehicle sales performance 
·    Source and acquire quality inventory through trade-ins, auctions, and direct purchases 
·    Manage pricing, merchandising, and digital marketing strategies 
·    Monitor key performance metrics, forecasts, and departmental goals 
·    Train, coach, and motivate the sales team for continued success 
·    Ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the purchase process 
·    Maintain alignment with dealership values, standards, and objectives 

Compensation
Estimated Annual Earnings: $140,000 - $170,000
Performance-based compensation with significant upside for top performers.

Requirements

·    Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record 
·    Satisfactory background check 
·    Automotive management experience required
