Bilingual Therapies is hiring substitute Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support a school district near Vista, CA. This is a great opportunity for RBTs looking for flexible school-based opportunities with consistent assignments available throughout the school year.
Pay:
• $37/hr
• W2 contract
• Weekly pay every Friday
Schedule:
• Flexible substitute opportunities based on school needs
• School hours typically range between:
• 7:45 AM – 2:00 PM
• 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Additional afternoon opportunities may also be available:
• Monday: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday–Friday: ~2:15 PM – 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 or classroom behavioral support
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Support students with behavioral and academic needs
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and school teams
• Assist in maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
• Active RBT certification required
• Must already have BCBA supervision in place
• Experience working with children or ABA preferred
• Comfortable supporting different school sites as needed
• Reliable and adaptable in school settings
