Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students in the San Juan Capistrano area as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist on a contract basis. Two full-time positions are available, each offering the chance to make a real difference during a leave of absence period beginning mid-October (with one alternate start in September). This role will have you providing your expertise on-site, collaborating closely with school teams to foster the communication growth of students at either the preschool or middle school level.

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license for California
- School-based experience preferred, particularly in preschool and/or middle school settings
- Comfortable with in-person therapy, collaboration, and adapting to evolving caseload needs
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language services to assigned student caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop data-driven IEP goals
- Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
- Document progress, maintain service logs, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt strategies to address the individual needs of students with diverse backgrounds and abilities
