The primary area of service will be in Eugene, with consistent assignments across specific school buildings.
Key Details:
- Start: 8/24/26 | End: 6/15/27
- 1-2 positions available (full-time hours)
- Most interpreting will be 1:1 with a student
- Caseload tailored to your preference and expertise—please share your preferred grade levels
- No virtual interpreting (No VOCO)
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Score above 3.5 on the IEPA assessment
- Completed interpreter training
- Up-to-date, relevant licensure for Oregon
- Experience in educational or youth-focused settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills
- Provide references prior to interview
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality sign language interpretation for students (primarily individual assignments)
- Collaborate seamlessly with DHH professionals, educators, and school support staff
