Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (must be provided at application)
- Demonstrated experience in behavioral/ASD settings within schools—1:1 experience alone is not sufficient
- Background as a Behavior Tech/Para is welcome, provided you have substantial Behavioral/ASD experience
- Experience in elementary education environments is highly valued
- Ability to follow Behavior Intervention Plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, reliability, and organizational skills
