School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Nashua, New Hampshire

Exciting part-time opportunity available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) passionate about supporting students’ communication needs in a dynamic school-based environment. This contract position covers 21 hours per week, structured over three days (Monday to Friday), and begins as soon as possible, continuing through June 17, 2027. As an onsite team member, you’ll primarily serve students in 2nd through 5th grade, while also providing support to preschoolers as needed within an ABA self-contained program.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active SLPA licensure in New Hampshire
• Prior school-based experience required
• Comfortable working with both elementary and preschool-aged students
• Ability to service students in ABA self-contained settings
• District fingerprint clearance required prior to start
• Availability for a part-time, three-day work week onsite
• Willingness to participate in Zoom interviews as part of the hiring process

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language services to students on your assigned caseload
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, teachers, and support staff
• Implement therapy activities as outlined in student IEPs or treatment plans
• Maintain session notes and comply with program documentation requirements
• Adapt service provision as needed for preschool and elementary students, including those within ABA environments
• Communicate progress and concerns with the supervising SLP and school personnel
