We are seeking three dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC credentials to work onsite in a supportive, collaborative school setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. These full-time, in-person positions offer the opportunity to serve a diverse K-12 population and make a difference every day.

What You'll Need:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Washington State SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working on-site with students from kindergarten through high school
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

What You'll Do:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student growth
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document services per district and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insights regarding students’ speech and language needs
  • Support a range of communication challenges, including articulation, fluency, voice, language, and social-pragmatic difficulties
