Key Qualifications:
- Active California Occupational Therapy license required
- Prior experience working in California schools essential
- Demonstrated knowledge of administering the BOT-3 and Peabody assessments
- Comfortable supporting students with multiple disabilities across K-12 grade levels
- Exceptional data analysis abilities to inform recommendations and address parent concerns
- Strong independent work ethic—ability to manage a fluctuating, itinerant caseload with minimal direct supervision
- Bilingual Spanish skills a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, consult, and provide occupational therapy services to a diverse student population
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans as caseload demands shift
- Document and present data-driven recommendations to IEP teams, families, and staff
- Effectively prioritize and manage your schedule in the field to meet district needs
- Deliver high-quality services to support student success in academic and functional performance
- Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure collaborative care
