Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the 504 Plan Coordinator, managing accommodations and collaborating with staff and families as needed

- Participate in team meetings, support the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and help foster a positive school climate
- Act as a liaison between students, families, and community resources to connect individuals with additional support services as appropriate
- Maintain thorough documentation of interventions, assessments, and outcomes
- Deliver direct services according to school calendar and schedule
