Empower elementary-aged students within a dynamic, supportive autism program as a Registered Behavior Technician. This contract opportunity is for male RBTs who hold both an active Registered Behavior Technician certification and an active Delaware PARA Permit. The program seeks dedicated professionals skilled in effective behavioral support, physical intervention strategies when needed, and accurate classroom data collection. This full-time role runs from 11/2/2026 to 6/16/2027, with hours set at 8:45 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday—reliability and punctuality are essential, as partial attendance or scheduling accommodations cannot be made.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification and Delaware PARA Permit—both required
- Experience supporting elementary students in a school setting strongly preferred
- Demonstrated proficiency implementing behavioral plans, including physical intervention when warranted
- Ability to collect, analyze, and report behavioral and instructional data
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to adapt to shifting classroom needs
- Comfort and professionalism in assisting with bathroom duties including toileting, diapering, and hygiene support
- Dependable transportation and ability to fulfill consistent, onsite scheduling expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly support students in the autism program with evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Accurately gather and document classroom and behavioral data as directed
