Key Qualifications:
- Current, active BCBA certification (attach a screenshot of your certification with your application)
- Demonstrated school-based BCBA or Autism Specialist experience
- Proven skills in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and designing effective Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Adept at coaching and mentoring teachers and paraprofessionals on practical behavior strategies
- Experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams serving students with autism
- Dependable transportation, as travel between school sites is an essential part of the job
- Must pass background checks, including fingerprinting, CORI, and a drug screen
