We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 years of experience in maintaining and repairing HVAC Systems. An individual that can demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing complex issues, troubleshooting malfunctions, performing preventative maintenance and effectively communicating with customers while adhering to safety regulations and local building codes.
Typical responsibilities of an experienced HVAC technician:
- Performing comprehensive system inspections and tune-ups
- Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions on existing HVAC systems
- Managing customer service interactions and addressing concerns
- Estimating repair costs and providing detailed work orders
- Maintaining accurate records of service calls and parts used
- Staying updated on industry advancements and new technologies
- Utilizing a software system that keeps all data and photos logged
