Warehouse Operator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our team in Berlin, MD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products.

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
