Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical experience to support the maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to ensure maximum equipment uptime, efficiency, and safety. Duties
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, motors, drives, PLCs, control panels, and production equipment in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and power tools, change out VFD’s, controllers and sensors.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery and facility equipment, including corrective repairs of electrical equipment; install and control electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; understand and follow safety procedures and policies.
- Diagnose electrical failures using testing equipment such as multimeters, amp meters, and other diagnostic tools.
- Install, modify, and repair electrical wiring, conduit, sensors, switches, motors, and related components.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Support mechanical repairs including pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and pneumatic systems.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and company safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed work orders.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
- Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.

- 3 years of industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or facility maintenance experience.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills with knowledge of 120V, 240V, and 480V electrical systems
- Motors and motor controls
- Electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to safely work with energized and de-energized systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all work performed.
- Proven experience as an industrial electrician or commercial electrician.
- Proficiency in working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and understanding automation processes.
Pay: $24.50 - $32.50 per hour
