The Role
We’re looking for personable, polished, and reliable guides to lead our e-bike wine tours. This role is equal parts host, guide, and experience curator.
Tours are scheduled based on guest bookings, and guides are offered shifts from a call list. This is a flexible, part-time role that works well for those looking to supplement other work while earning strong hourly pay and tips.
Compensation
- $25/hour tips
- Most shifts are 4.5–6.5 hours, with lunch included and tips providing additional earning potential
How Scheduling Works
- Tours are assigned as bookings come in
- Shifts are offered based on a seniority-based call list
- Typical tour days are 4.5–6.5 hours (lunch included during your shift)
- Weekend availability is strongly preferred
What You’ll Do
- Lead small-group e-bike tours through Sonoma County
- Deliver a high-touch, personalized guest experience from start to finish
- Safely guide guests on scenic routes and manage group flow
- Share knowledge of the area, wineries, and local culture
- Coordinate timing and logistics with winery partners
- Fit guests to bikes and provide instruction
- Assist with light bike maintenance and daily setup

- Confident and safe cyclist (e-bike experience is a plus; we’ll train)
- Comfortable speaking to small groups
- Professional, reliable, and punctual
- Able to adapt on the fly and problem-solve calmly
- Interest in wine, food, and Sonoma County
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, tourism, or guiding
- Wine knowledge or tasting room experience
- First Aid/CPR certification
