Job Description
Looking for reliable Full-Time Police Approved Tow Operators with exceptional customer service skills wanted for fast growing organization.
We pay weekly. Salary includes weekly guarantee based on experience, commission for tows performed above the guarantee, commission for calls ran after hours.
Vacation time and sick leave after a year of service.
Paid portion of health insurance after a year of service.
Qualifications
- MUST have a clean criminal background, medical DOT card, & clean driving record. No exceptions.
- Must be able to operate a wheel-lift and flatbed.
- Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from the job site.
- Must arrive on-time, and be ready and willing to work.
- Must be a team player, have a good attitude as well as dress professionally which includes safety gear, and act professionally.
- Must have at least one year of towing experience.
- Due to insurance reasons, you must be at least 25 years old.
- Must be able to work rotational weekends and holidays.
- Must live in Montgomery County and be able to take a truck home.
- Must be drama free.
- Must be able to work on-call as well as answer your phone when on-call.
- Must be able to provide superior local towing and recovery service in a safe and prudent manner.
- Towbooks experience a plus.
- Must perform daily truck inspections and review of maintenance documents. Complete and turn in Daily Report plus invoices for sales and truck (pre-trip inspection, fuel, etc.)
- Must have a current medical DOT card
- All other tasks and duties, as assigned.
