Bighorn Plumbing is looking for a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to help keep our growing company organized and running smoothly.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, catches the details, and doesn't need to be constantly reminded about what needs to get done.
What You'll Do - Maintain accurate customer, job, and company records
- Track permits, inspections, payments, and outstanding items
- Assist with accounts receivable and customer follow-up
- Maintain recurring administrative tasks and deadlines
- Update reports, spreadsheets, trackers, and digital files
- Maintain accurate records and notes in ServiceTitan
- Assist with invoices, payments, refunds, and documentation
- Support management with administrative projects
- Provide office and phone support as needed
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent follow-through
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional communication skills
- Dependable, positive, and coachable
- Able to learn new software and processes quickly
- Willing to take ownership and look for solutions
Previous administrative or office experience required.
Experience with ServiceTitan, Microsoft Office, Planner, accounts receivable, or the home-service industry is a plus.
