- Assist customers with product demos to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Upsell related products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
- Use strong communication skills to answer customer inquiries via in-person interactions or phone etiquette
- Support inventory management by participating in stock replenishment and inventory counts
- Demonstrate basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Promote retail store product knowledge to educate customers about features and benefits of various items
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
