Job Summary

As an Automotive Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget while delivering an exceptional buying experience. You'll guide customers through the sales process, demonstrate vehicle features, and build relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

Successful candidates are proactive, communicate effectively, follow up consistently, and understand that great results come from outstanding customer service and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and create a welcoming showroom experience.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate new and pre-owned vehicles.

• Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits through walkarounds and test drives.

• Maintain knowledge of Chevrolet products, dealership inventory, and current incentives.

• Respond promptly to showroom traffic, phone inquiries, and internet leads.

• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, texts, and emails.

• Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, including trade-in evaluations and available financing options.

• Work closely with sales management and the finance team to deliver a smooth purchasing experience.

• Maintain accurate customer information and follow dealership sales processes.

• Help maintain the appearance and presentation of dealership inventory.

• Develop repeat and referral business through outstanding customer service.

• Work toward individual and dealership sales goals.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Previous automotive or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• $400 weekly base salary

• Performance-based sales commissions

• Monthly sales volume bonuses of up to $2,000
