BIGGBY COFFEE of Sanford is now hiring a store co-manager. Applicant MUST possess good people skills. Starting wage of $18.50/hr plus cash/credit card tips when working the line.
Job responsibilities include:
- 25-40 hours/wk
- Ordering
- Scheduling
- Submitting paperwork via email
- Work as a barista/shift leader and prepare drinks
- Banking
- Maintaining a clean work environment
- Employee relations
- Staffing
- Customer relations
- Covering shifts
- Creating new BIGGBY COFFEE fanatics
- Guerilla marketing/business drops
- Set and monitor sales goals
- Knowledge and upkeep of equipment
Requirements:
- High School Education
- Sales/Management experience preferred, but not needed
- Outgoing personality
- Reliable transportation
- Has ability to connect and engage with employees and customers
Training will be provided. Manager will begin with our basic barista training, followed by management training.
