Barista – Biggby Coffee, West Cester, OH (Grand Opening!)

Join the opening team at West Chester's newest coffee shop.

We're opening a brand-new Biggby Coffee and looking for friendly, energetic baristas to help us launch. Biggby is known for fun, fast, friendly service, and you'll be part of building that culture from day one.

What you'll do

• Craft espresso drinks, cold brews, smoothies, and teas to Biggby standards
• Greet every guest with a smile and learn regulars' names and orders
• Run the register, handle drive-thru or counter orders, and keep service moving
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and food-safe
• Work with your team to make opening weeks a success

What we're looking for

• A positive attitude and love of people
• Reliability and a team-first mindset
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [25] lbs
• Availability for [mornings, weekends, and some evenings]
• No experience required. We'll train you!
