Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter
- Take orders
- Prepare beverages following recipes
- Comply with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a barista with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and serving techniques
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha and Micros
- Strong time management and sales skills
- Knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
