Overview
We are seeking an energetic and personable Barista with management potential to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, food and beverage preparation, and retail operations while working in a lively café environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering outstanding service and eager to grow into a leadership position.
Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and light food items with efficiency and care
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly and attentively
- Operate POS system, cash handling, and sales transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations
- Manage daily café operations including inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring food safety compliance
- Assist in training new team members and support daily team functions to ensure smooth store operations
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality standards
Requirements

- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and cash handling procedures
