Big Fork at Walnut Creek Golf Course is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-driven Restaurant Server / Bartenderto join our seasonal team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, outdoor environment and takes pride in delivering excellent guest experiences.
As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for providing attentive and efficient service to our restaurant and bar guests while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, make food and beverage recommendations, and take orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standards
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns when needed
- Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, bar, and service areas
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Work a flexible seasonal schedule, including weekends and holidays
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older (preferred/required for alcohol service)
- Previous serving and/or bartending experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor and high-volume environment
- Excellent multitasking and teamwork abilities
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability throughout the golf season
