Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive service in the dining room and at the bar
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
- Take and enter orders using handheld tablets
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area
- Engage with guests to ensure a welcoming, personalized experience
- Upsell food and beverages to maximize guest satisfaction and sales
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
- Follow all responsible alcohol service and food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift operations
Qualifications
- Bartending or serving experience in a high-volume setting is a plus
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor and commitment to guest satisfaction
- TIPS certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic drink recipes is helpful, but we will train the right candidate
