Job Summary:
A general office manager in a plumbing company is the operational backbone of the business, ensuring that both the office and field teams run efficiently. They act as the central hub connecting technicians, customers, and management, and are responsible for keeping the companies administrative, scheduling, and financial systems running smoothly
Responsibilities:
A. Financial Administration
- Generate invoices promptly after job completion.
- Follow up on overdue payments (Accounts Receivable).
- Process payroll, verify timesheets, and support payroll preparation.
- Manage vendor relationships, pay bills (Accounts Payable), and track expenses
B. Operational Oversight & Scheduling
- Coordinate dispatch for emergency and scheduled plumbing jobs.
- Ensure technicians have the correct parts, tools, and job details before leaving the warehouse.
- Manage inventory for office supplies and basic plumbing materials.
C. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Ensure professional, prompt responses and resolution of service issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to build trust and repeat business
D. Office & Administrative Management
- Oversee daily office operations, maintain procedures, and ensure professionalism.
- Manage records, files, and reports.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of office staff.
E. Communication & Coordination
- Liaise between office staff, technicians, and management.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service partners.
- Update and close out jobs in CRM or service software

Pay: $38.00 - $55.00 per hour
