We are hiring for all positions for Solar installation crews. Big Wave Solar department works to bring clean and affordable energy products to homeowners in the state of New Jersey . Big Wave Solar is going to be opening up offices across New Jersey with an on going need to fill installation crews. Looking for all levels of experience. Requirements
- Experience with leading and developing team members
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, batteries, and other similar roofing and electrical equipment
- Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.)
- Capable of working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs; and performing repetitive duties, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
