Service Valet Job Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they arrive in the service drive and assist them with vehicle check-in.

• Efficiently move and park vehicles in designated areas to maintain an organized and safe lot.

• Perform basic vehicle walk-arounds and ensure floor mats and seat covers are placed to protect customer interiors.

• Maintain the cleanliness of the service drive and customer lounge area to ensure a premium environment.

• Retrieve vehicles for customers upon completion of service, providing a polished and friendly send-off.

• Provide shuttle assistance or run errands for the department as needed.

Service Valet Schedule: Full-time. Specific shifts to be discussed during the interview.

Service Valet Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Highly reliable and able to work effectively in an outdoor, fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

• Prior experience in a valet or automotive role is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
