Rocco's Tacos & Tequila Bar in Boca is seeking passionate and experienced Sous Chefs to join our dynamic team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, full-service restaurant environment and are ready to take your leadership skills to the next level, we want to hear from you.

As a Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the high-quality standards our guests expect while helping to lead and inspire our back-of-house team. You'll work closely with our Executive Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations, exceptional food quality, and a memorable dining experience.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise daily kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality and presentation
• Maintain recipe, portioning, cooking, and serving standards
• Conduct regular inventory checks of ingredients and supplies
• Assist the Executive Chef with prep lists, scheduling, reports, and paperwork
• Manage food and labor costs efficiently
• Collaborate with management on planning and executing special events

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants
• Strong leadership and team management skills in a kitchen environment
• Solid foundation in inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen operations
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the operation
• Ability to work 11–12 hour shifts as needed
• Knowledge of food safety practices and compliance standards
• Background in catering or food service management a plus
