Salary: $60,000 per year (based on experience)
What We Offer:
- Health insurance starting the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
- Paid Time Off (PTO) after 6 months
- 401(k) plan
- Oversee daily kitchen operations in a high-volume setting
- Assist the Executive Chef with food orders, inventory management, labor scheduling, and sales tracking
- Ensure quality assurance of all kitchen products
- Ensure all recipes and procedures are followed to the highest standard
- Collaborate with management to plan and coordinate special events
- Experience working in high-volume, full-service restaurants
- In-depth knowledge of food safety practices and protocols
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff
- Experience working 11-12 hour shifts
