Big Timber Family Dental – Now Hiring: Sterilization Tech. Dental Assistant in Training
Big Timber Family Dental is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Sterilization Technician, with the opportunity to grow into a Dental Assistant role. We pride ourselves on having a great team environment and are willing to train the right candidate, no prior dental experience required. Experienced dental professionals are encouraged to apply. Pay is dependent on experience.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Learn & Be Responsible For:
- Proper sterilization and infection control procedures
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing operatories
- Instrument processing and maintenance
- Assisting with room setup and breakdown
- Supporting clinical team with daily flow
- Introduction to chairside assisting
- Dental terminology and procedures
- Patient care basics and communication
