- Job Title: Recruiter
- Location: Big Stone City, SD
- Position Type: Full-time, benefited (1.0 FTE)
- Schedule: Enjoy work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule and flexible hybrid work options, including regular work-from-home opportunities.
The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the success of Big Stone Therapies through recruiting efforts:
- Develop engaging job postings and recruitment marketing campaigns
- Source and connect with prospective candidates through multiple recruiting channels
- Build and maintain relationships with students, clinical affiliates, and experienced clinicians
- Coordinate interviews, clinic visits, and candidate experiences
- Partner with hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process
- Present and negotiate employment offers
- Track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Travel to career fairs and universities
- Represent Big Stone Therapies at professional conferences
- Develop creative recruitment marketing campaigns
- Build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Help shape our employer brand
