Role Description The Process Safety Management Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Sun River, MT. This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving process safety management programs across cannabinoid extraction and refinement operations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments and process hazard analyses, updating and auditing safety procedures, and coordinating corrective actions to mitigate operational risks. The coordinator will collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, and will lead safety-related training sessions for staff. Additional responsibilities include monitoring incident reporting, supporting root cause investigations, maintaining safety documentation, and recommending process improvements to enhance workplace safety and operational reliability.
