Role Description The Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sun River, MT. The Operator will monitor and run extraction and refinement equipment, follow production schedules, and ensure that processes meet cGMP and safety standards. Daily tasks include handling raw materials, performing in-process checks, recording production data, and assisting with cleaning, maintenance, and equipment setup. The Operator will collaborate with the production and quality teams to resolve issues, minimize downtime, and maintain a clean, organized facility. This role involves working on your feet, lifting materials as needed, and adhering to standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Experience operating industrial or manufacturing equipment, including basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with set-up, adjustment, and routine maintenance.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn cGMP, FDA, and safety compliance practices, including careful adherence to SOPs and documentation requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately record data, follow instructions, and identify process irregularities.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with production and quality staff.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work safely around chemicals and machinery.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in food, pharmaceutical, or chemical processing is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, adapt to changing priorities, and learn new processes and technologies.
