Responsibilities
- Begin each workday at 4:00 AM to prepare resort areas before guest arrival
- Shovel and sweep snow and ice from walkways, plazas, stairs, and other high-use areas
- Set up appropriate signage and safety cones to mark hazards or closures
- Operate snow removal tools and equipment as trained
- Collect roadside trash and assist in basic exterior upkeep
- Work outdoors in all winter conditions—snow, wind, sun, and everything in between
- Must be available to work on April 27th, our end-of-season
- Entry-level role with potential to grow within Mountain Operations
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds unassisted (up to 100 pounds assisted)
- Repetitive movement and physical labor required
- Must be punctual, dependable, and team oriented
- Skid steer experience is a bonus, but not a requirement
