What You’ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Treat adult clients in home and community-based settings
- Provide education and training to families, caregivers, and care teams
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team
- Complete documentation and required trainings in a timely manner
What You Bring:
- Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Montana
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- A passion for functional, client-centered care
