Pharmacy Technician – No Experience Needed (Training Provided)

Big Sky Compounding is hiring Pharmacy Technicians and we are open to candidates with no prior pharmacy experience. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we are willing to train the right person.

• Support pharmacists with day-to-day pharmacy operations


• Prepare, label, and package medications under supervision


• Maintain accurate records and documentation


• Follow safety, quality, and regulatory procedures


• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• No pharmacy technician experience required


• Experience in a fast-paced environment (customer service, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, warehouse, healthcare, etc.)


• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures


• Dependable, punctual, and coachable


• Willingness to learn and grow in a healthcare setting

• Training provided for the right candidate 


• Certifications preferred, but not required
