Medical Receptionist – Podiatry Clinic
Location: Bozeman, Montana

About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and friendly clinic receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and a key part of our clinic team. In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming experience from check-in to check-out, manage scheduling, coordinate insurance and billing, and support providers so they can focus on delivering excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage front desk check-in/out efficiently
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring smooth patient flow
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorizations as needed
- Collect co-pays and assist with basic billing questions
- Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Support overall front desk and clinic operations, contributing to a positive patient experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
- 1 year of experience in a medical office, preferably podiatry, is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multitask
- Familiarity with EHR systems and insurance processes is helpful
- Professional, organized, and attentive to detail with a patient-focused mindset
