This is a full-time, hybrid position located in Nashville, TN, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Rental Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, bookings, and reservations efficiently. You will also manage invoicing, ensure timely processing of transactions, and provide exceptional support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will assist in coordinating the rental and return of trailers and equipment, working closely with both customers and team members to ensure a smooth rental process.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to maintain clear and professional interactions with clients and team members
- Experience in customer service and a focus on achieving solid customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of heavy equipment or trailer rental operations; prior experience in a related field is a plus
