Big R Stores has an opening for our growing Small Engine Repair Repair Center located in Pueblo, CO at our Home Office/Distribution Warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer service, store communications, scheduling and verification of repair orders, and shipping and receiving parts and equipment.
The address for our Small Engine Service Center where this position reports for work is 31965 United Ave., Pueblo, CO 81001.
Candidate must be detail-oriented, committed to customer service and comfortable in a shop office setting. Computer proficiency and the ability to lift and move small equipment is required. Must be receptive to feedback and follow instruction from teammates and management.
General Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and communications.
- Manage filing, orders, and shipping.
- Customer service for phone, online and walk in customers.
- Build, update and completion of work orders.
- Organize and maintain office and common areas to meet clean and professional standards.
- Bank deposits and general office duties and errands.
- Maintain supply inventory.
- Minor office equipment, maintenance and cleaning.
- Maintain cash drawer and balance safe.
- Other duties as assigned.
