Want to become a certified automotive technician without paying for school?
We’ll train you on the job and pay for your ASE certifications. Start with tires and basic service, then build into inspections, alignments, diagnostics, and mechanical repair. If you want a real career in automotive, we’ll give you a path to build one.
What We Offer
- $17–$19/hr starting pay, based on experience
- Raise eligibility at 90 days — or as early as 30 days if you prove you can perform

What You'll Do
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires
- Install wheels
- TPMS service and calibration
- Oil changes and fluid services
- Battery testing and replacement
- Test drives after service
As you develop, we'll train you on:
- Vehicle inspections
- Alignments
- Steering and suspension
- Brakes
- Mechanical repair
- ASE certification
What We're Looking For
- 18 with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Shows up on time and is ready to work
- Takes pride in doing the job correctly
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in Colorado weather
- Available for some weekends and holidays
- Wants to learn, improve, and build a career
Manual transmission experience is a plus. If you don't know how, we'll teach you.
Employment offers are contingent on a drug screen, background check, and driving-record review.
