Lead Tire & Lube Technician — Starting at $23/Hour

We’re looking for an experienced tire technician ready to lead our tire and lube team. Someone who takes pride in a clean shop, thorough work, and treating every customer’s vehicle with care.
You’ll lead by example, train teammates, and hold the team accountable to our systems and processes. We need someone who notices the details, follows through, and helps the people around them get better.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily tire and lube lane workflow, helping the team work safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Train and coach technicians on proper procedures, cleanliness, and workmanship.
- Check completed work for accuracy, proper torque, tire pressures, and a clean vehicle before delivery.
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires; install wheels; and service TPMS.
- Perform oil changes, fluid maintenance, and battery testing and installation.
- Keep tools, equipment, inventory, and work areas clean and organized.
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and management.
- Follow inspection procedures and report findings accurately.
Who We’re Looking For
- An experienced tire and lube technician with strong technical skills.
- A dependable teammate who can set expectations and hold people accountable respectfully.
- Someone who follows established processes and takes ownership of the finished work.
- Previous leadership experience is welcome. If you’ve been doing the work of a lead without the recognition, we want to hear from you.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be at least 18 and able to safely perform the physical duties of the position, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Availability to work Saturdays.
