What are the responsibilities and job description for the Big Night Entertainment Group - Logistics Coordinator position at Big Night Entertainment Group?
As a Logistics Coordinator, a typical day might include the following:
- Coordinate contracts with talent bookers for all Big Night Venues
- Review contracts and compile bi-weekly wires to talent agencies
- Function as finance departments liaison between talent agencies and Big Night
- Ensure proper tax documentation is provided for every artist
- Track upcoming deposits, bonuses, and final payments
- File appropriate contracts and documents
- Complete end-to-end advancing duties for all Big Night music venues (duties include; booking lodging, ground transportation, dinner reservations and compiling all pertinent show information into concise schedule for both artist and venue teams and be available for any last minute changes (this includes nights and weekends)
- Weekly sales, ticketing and other various reporting using Oracle Micros and TM1 interfaces
- Other duties as assigned

- 2-3 years’ Coordinator/Administrative experience required
- Prior talent management or entertainment industry experience highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred
- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in all G-Suite platforms, WorkDay, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobrat

- This position is located in beautiful new office at The Hub on Causeway with scenic views of the Zakim bridge. This full-time role is office-based and is NOT a remote opportunity
- Job functions require hours of sitting, typing, and use of a computer
- May be required to lift or move up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques and withstand long hours on your feet in a fast-paced, high energy environment
- Non-typical office hours will be customary including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
