We’re hiring ONE closer to own in‑home sales for roofs and windows. This is not a “come sit around and we’ll see if we have leads” role.

This is for a closer who wants:

• Qualified, company‑generated appointments
• A simple, transparent comp plan: 6% of revenue on collected jobs
• Bonuses paid based on performance
• A real shot at $150k–$250k in a market with huge upside

What you’ll do

• Run preset in‑home appointments with homeowners (roofing & windows)
• Inspect roofs, measure, build scopes, and present options and financing
• Follow a proven sales system from first knock to signed contract
• Ask for the sale, handle objections, and lock in decisions same‑day
• Follow up on open quotes and past customers
• Work closely with our install and ops team so jobs fund cleanly and customers leave 5‑star reviews

How you get paid

• Commission:
• 6% of collected contract revenue on company‑generated deals
• Higher % available on self‑generated jobs (referrals, networking, past clients)
• On‑target earnings:
• Sell $2.5M–$3.5M/year and you’re in the $150k–$250k range
• Average ticket is ~$23k, so that’s roughly 9–12 deals/month

Requirements

• 2 years selling high‑ticket home services in person
• Valid driver’s license and reliable truck/SUV
• Willing to work evenings and some Saturdays (when homeowners are home)
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Flathead Valley, MT

Relocation: For the right closer, we offer a relocation bonus to help with moving expenses, paid in two parts (start and 90 days).
