Job Title: Project Manager – Residential Roofing (Growth Track)
Location: Kalispell / Flathead Valley, MT
Big Moose Roofing replaces shingle and metal roofs for homeowners in the Flathead Valley. Our mission is to be so great we change the expectations people have for Montana home services companies.
We’re hiring a Project Manager who is hungry, tech‑savvy, and wants to grow.
What you’ll do
- Run residential re‑roof projects from start to finish
- Coordinate subs, materials, inspections, and dump trailers
- Do pre‑job, in‑progress, and final walkthroughs and punch lists
- Communicate with homeowners and keep them informed
- Use our apps (photos, checklists, CRM) to keep jobs clean and on track
Compensation
- Base salary: $65,000–$75,000 depending on experience
- Bonuses: $200 per “perfect job” (on‑time, on‑budget, no rework, 5‑star review)
- OTE: $75,000–$85,000 when you hit targets
