As an Appointment Setter, you are the first human connection many prospects have with Big Money. Your role is to create momentum—turning interest into meaningful, in-person conversations with our advisors.
This position requires 100 outbound calls per day, strong follow-through, and the ability to communicate with confidence and professionalism. You will be compensated based on results, not just activity.
This is a 100% in-office position, Monday through Friday, with required participation in client seminars and events (2/wk). This role is based in our Upstate offices (Greenville, Spartanburg, and Simpsonville).
Base salary with an incentive compensation based on the first appointment held. Incentive is paid out bi-weekly. Base salary and incentive compensation average is up to $75,000 per year.
Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
