Minimum Requirement for Employment

Valid driver’s license
Three years driving experience
Acceptable driving record
Negative pre-employment drug screen and tuberculosis test

Custodian
Our Custodian performs daily and scheduled deep cleaning and repairs and overall maintenance of building and grounds. This position is key in making sure our administrative office and day center provide a safe, operational work and living environment.
Responsible for performing daily and scheduled deep cleaning and maintenance, ordering supplies, completing minor electrical, plumbing, and building repairs through work order system, and seasonal yard maintenance and snow removal. Minimum qualifications include high school diploma and knowledge and practical skills in the area of minor building repairs and maintenance. Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week. Benefit eligible position to include medical/dental and life insurance, paid leave, and KPERS retirement program.
Start wage: $22.50 an hour. Employees may eligible for retention bonuses up to $2000 through the second year of employment.
