Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Hydraulic Mechanic and Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and repairing hydraulic and mechanical systems, as well as assembling large equipment. The position involves precise fabrication, welding, troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. This role offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on fabrication and technical problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble manufactured equipment according to specifications.
- Fabricate parts using welding and fabrication techniques to meet precise requirements.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical wiring.
- Use measuring instruments and quality control tools to verify component dimensions and assembly accuracy.
- Assemble mechanical components utilizing hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication methods while adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Ability to understand schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and technical drawings accurately.
- Experience working with hydraulic systems, PTOs, and pumps.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as fabrication, welding, metalworking, and assembly procedures.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and measurement instruments for precise assembly work.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex equipment issues through interpretation of technical documentation.
